Public Transport to the Workshops

As you might have probably heard, the local public transportation services in The Netherlands will go on strike from Wednesday June 27 until Friday June 29. This strike should not affect the national publication transportation, like your train from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport to Utrecht. So you are still able to travel from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport to Utrecht Central Railway Station.

From June 27 – 29, it will be difficult to travel by bus within Utrecht. Therefore we have arranged for bus transportation for all participants attending the workshops on Wednesday June 27 and who otherwise cannot reach the venue.
Busses from the company Triomf Tours will leave from the international bus stop, close to the Central Railway station. Please take exit Jaarbeursplein and go to the west side of the NH Utrecht Hotel. The bus leaves at 08:30 hrs sharp. So make sure you are on time.
All busses will have the Sunbelt logo.

To go back to the city center, busses will leave the workshop venue at 12:30 hrs. Busses will bring you back to Central Railway Station.

Since the conference sessions will all be in the city center and most hotels are at walking distance, we have not arranged local transportation for other moments.
